Please also let us know if you have made an on-line monetary donation or if you are considering doing a fundraiser. It is encouraging for us to get good feedback and stories on the services we have provided. You should also get in touch if you wish to opt out from further communication with us, or if you wish to change your contact preferences or details.
With any of this you can if you wish, first speak directly with any member of staff, or ring us and ask to speak with one of our Office Administrators (Jeanette and Val). Our usual office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm on Monday’s, Tuesdays, Thursday’s and Friday’s. Office hours for Wednesday’s are 9.00am – 3.00pm. There is an answerphone service for out of hour’s calls.

If you raise a concern, we will try to get back to you within 3 working days with an acknowledgement and initial response. It may take a little longer to fully consider what you have to tell us. If this is the case we will let you know how long it may take. Our aim will be to give you a full response within 10 working days. We aim always to be open, straightforward, transparent and fair.
We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator as a demonstration of our commitment to open, honest and respectable practice in all aspects of our fundraising. Our code of conduct and the promises we make can be viewed here.
